Find your country's threshold for free shipping

Free delivery doesn't start at the same point everywhere, and that's down to what it takes to get a parcel to your home. Orders heading to countries further from our warehouse in the Netherlands, or along more complex carrier routes, cost more to ship. So, the order value needed to cover that and still offer free delivery is higher for certain European countries.

Local taxes also play a part. Kabrita wishes to maintain the same price across Europe for their products, but VAT rates differ from country to country, which changes the totals you see. We set each threshold so free delivery stays workable for that route while keeping it within reach.

For individual delivery charges, fill out your address in checkout to find the fee, they are not listed here. What matters for you is the threshold: reach it and delivery is free!

If your delivery address is inside the EU, no import duties or extra taxes apply. Your country is part of the EU single market and customs union, so nothing extra is charged when your parcel arrives in your country.

For destinations outside the EU - Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Monaco - your parcel crosses a customs border. Import VAT, and in some cases customs duties or a carrier handling fee, may be charged by your country's customs authority before the parcel is released.

Please note: these charges are not part of your order total and are not collected at our checkout. They're billed separately by the carrier or local customs and are paid by the person receiving the parcel. Amounts vary by country and order, and the rules change, so we can't tell you the exact figure in advance. If you're ordering from outside the EU, check your national customs website first so there are no surprises on delivery.

In the table, countries marked “Yes” are likely to incur charges; “Possible” means it may or may not apply depending on the order.

In June 2026 we lowered the free delivery thresholds across most of Europe. In many countries you now reach free delivery with fewer tins and a lower order value than before, and a couple of countries that never had free delivery - Bulgaria and Greece - now do.

The “Before June 2026” column shows the old threshold next to the new one, so you can see the difference at a glance. If free delivery is now within easier reach for your country, it's a good moment to place your order.
